The BISRP is here to help make it easy to save for retirement, with effortless enrolment, easy mobile access to your plan, and flexible investment options.
When you become eligible to participate, Zurich will send a welcome email to your Bechtel email address within the first month of the new assignment. Participation is voluntary and you can enrol at any time while eligible. Enrolment can be completed via the links in the email or using the similar links below.
How to enrol in the BISRP:
Complete either the Easy or Customized enrolment option via Docusign.
- Easy: Join the BISRP at 10% contribution rate in the default Zurich LifeProfile fund
- Customized: Select a contribution rate from 1% to 85% and choose from nine investment funds.
Once enrolled, your contributions begin within 1-2 pay periods. Following the settlement of the first contribution into the BISRP account, Zurich will email the login credentials to create your account.

- Matching contributions up to 6% of actual base salary each pay period that you contribute.
