When you use ZIO Protect we collect the information you provide, such as your name, surname and email address to generate a username and password for your User account and as listed in the “How We Use Your Information” section below; We only use cookies which are necessary for the security and proper functioning of ZIO Protect.
This portal allows for the submission and upload of personal data which may include special category data, for example medical or health information. Where you provide data to us via ZIO Protect of any third party it is understood that you have the authority and appropriate lawful basis to do so and all data subjects (e.g. a natural person whose personal data is being processed) have been provided with the content of the this privacy notice.

In order to meet the obligations of the Terms of Use, we use your personal information to:

Given the global nature of our business, we may transfer personal data to other countries.
