Bereavement training and support

Supporting bereavement in the workplace

Cruse

After the loss of a loved one, your employees may feel shocked, numb, guilty, angry, afraid and full of pain. Over time, these feelings may change to longing, sadness, loneliness—even hopelessness and fear regarding the future.

Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man (Cruse IOM)* are the leading bereavement support services charity on the island who help bereaved children, young people and adults. They offer confidential one-to one-support and bereavement training courses and are trained to the highest Cruse standards.

As part of your services package, Zurich and Cruse have partnered to offer access to ‘Bereavement Awareness in the Workplace’ training for people managers and HR professionals, to ensure they are providing the highest quality of support and compassion to bereaved colleagues.

* These services are provided directly by Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man and are not provided by Zurich International Life. The service does not form part of an insurance contract.
