Health Assured’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers a complete support service that provides 24/7 expert advice, compassionate guidance and counselling.
Available to members of a Zurich Group Life and/or Income Protection policy and their dependants* where a policyholder has agreed to the service with Health Assured.
* defined as immediate family members (spouse/partners) and children aged 16 to 24 in full time education, living in the same household.

Counselling support
Employees can access up to 8, 50-minute therapeutic counselling sessions per issue, per year.* And with a network of over 2,500 counsellors across the UK and Ireland, these can be face-to-face, over the phone or online.
*On the basis of a clinical assessment.

24/7 Confidential helpline
Access to a 24/7/365 confidential telephone helpline, with BACP (or equivalent), accredited counsellors and legal professionals on-hand 365 days a year to offer friendly advice on emotional, medical, legal, and financial concerns.

Bereavement support
Grief is an inevitable part of our lives, yet it is rarely talked about. Advice, guidance, and counselling for grief in bereavement, as well as legal support for grief-related legal matters.

Financial wellbeing
The team offer guidance and advice on taking the next steps to resolve financial issues.

Legal information and guidance on a wide range of topics, is available via our confidential helpline 24 hours a day, providing immediate, effective guidance, when it’s most needed.
